SERVICE POLICIES

Reservations must be paid in US DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and up to 10 hours before departure, provided there is availability.

Passengers must be punctual departure time, service delivery, the passenger must be ready to address at the stipulated time of departure.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The rates offered are ONE WAY.

No refunds will be made 48 hours prior to departure.

In case of inclement weather strong, closing borders or social instability in each country, the company reserves the right to make changes to itineraries output.

If the passenger does not address the day to be traveling, you can join the next exit. In case of no show again is terminated service and no refunds are made.

Situations are excepted no show by the company and 100% of the cost of the ticket is returned.

In case of any object found the company sends the following article in the shuttle. Otherwise, the owner is not found, the company is not responsible for the article.

The company is not responsible for passengers with immigration problems. If happen any situation that you can not enter the destination country, refunds are made.

Services uninsured damage to third parties. This includes passengers.
